Responsibilities
- Run daily crew operations on residential and multi-family job sites;
- Coordinate materials, schedule and homeowner communication;
- Enforce safety standards, fall protection and WCB requirements;
- Mentor and develop installers and apprentices.
Requirements
- 5+ years roofing or exterior renovation experience;
- Proven crew leadership experience;
- Valid driver's license and clean abstract;
- Solid communication and customer-service skills.
