The person who makes the dashboards, reports, and operating views that tell us and our clients what actually happened.
- 01 Build and maintain the operating dashboards we run the firm on: utilization, project health, support load, and delivery risk.
- 02 Pull data from a mix of sources such as Linear, Harvest, cloud consoles, support queues, and Stripe, then turn it into one weekly read.
- 03 Sit in on rollout reviews and produce the report on what shipped, what broke, what changed, and what to keep.
- 04 Help delivery leads and project managers price the next engagement using the data from the last three.
What we're looking for
- 01 Two to four years in an analyst, ops, BizOps, or technical operations role. Agency, managed service, or professional-services background is a plus.
- 02 Solid with SQL and a spreadsheet. Comfort with at least one BI tool (Metabase, Looker, Hex, or similar).
- 04 Bias toward writing the answer down, not just running the query.
