Key Responsibilities:
• Manage legal-stage portfolios over $2,000 across provinces
• Conduct Pre-Legal Suitability vetting for legal files
• Negotiate settlements directly with debtors
• Uphold qualified documentation and compliance standards
• Report on portfolio performance metrics monthly
Requirements:
• Licensed Paralegal (P1) or equivalent legal qualification
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in CRM and legal tools
• Familiarity with litigation processes
