Modash is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager based in Toronto, Canada, to own the journey for API customers from onboarding to expansion.
You will manage a portfolio of accounts, build success plans, run regular calls, troubleshoot issues, and drive renewals and growth while collaborating with Product, Sales, Support and Engineering. This role is fully remote and geographically focused on North America.
