WHAT WE'RE BUILDING
Something meaningful, in an industry that quietly touches billions of lives and almost nobody thinks about. The work inside it is slow, manual and consequential and the decisions being made every day deserve to be faster, more consistent, and easier to stand behind.
THE ROLE — you will build it end to end:
The review surface — TypeScript, React, SVG and Canvas over tens of thousands of data points
Interaction — pointer events, drag, requestAnimationFrame, state that never disagrees with what is drawn
The platform screens — configuration, review queues, audit trail, admin
The plumbing — Vite, component and end-to-end tests in Playwright, CI that blocks regressions
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Solid TypeScript and React, and an eye for how something should look and feel
You have built a data-heavy interface that stays fast — not a CRUD app with a chart library dropped in
Enough backend ability to ship an endpoint yourself — Python, Postgres, an AWS service or two. Nobody is handing you a finished API




You use AI tooling hard, and you are ruthless about reviewing what it writes (Cursor, ClaudeCode, Codex, etc..)
WHO YOU ARE — critical thinker who pushes back proactive, nobody is going to hand you a ticket wants ownership of the schema, the screen and the alarm that wakes you up fast without being sloppy ability to handle adversity

A design background. You are not here to make things pretty, but you should mind when they are not
