In this crucial role, reporting to the VP of Operations, you will provide mentorship and subject matter expertise to District Leaders and pharmacists. With over six years of progressive leadership experience, you’ll collaborate with teams to implement pharmacy programs and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance and expertise to pharmacy teams
• Partner with leaders to implement new pharmacy programs
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy policies and regulations
• Monitor adherence to formulary requirements
• Support onboarding and development of pharmacy staff

Requirements:
• 6+ years of leadership in pharmacy management
• Licensed pharmacist in good standing
• Robust judgment and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license for travel between locations
