Role Description
This full-time, on-site Marketing and Operations role is based in Toronto, ON. The role involves supporting day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting with campaigns, managing social media and digital presence, and helping develop brand messaging that reflects Ginger Water’s values. Responsibilities include coordinating sales initiatives, tracking performance metrics, and conducting market research to identify growth opportunities. The role also covers operational tasks such as inventory coordination, vendor communication, and ensuring smooth execution of promotional events and in-store activations.



Collaboration with cross-functional team members is expected to maintain consistent customer experiences and efficient operations.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, partners, and internal teams.

Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze consumer trends, support campaign planning, and identify opportunities for brand growth.

Candidates should possess Sales skills to support retail and partner relationships, drive product visibility, and assist with promotional activities.

Candidates should possess basic operational and organizational skills, including time management, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate logistics.

Relevant experience in beverage, consumer packaged goods, or health-focused brands is beneficial.

Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is an asset but not strictly required.

Comfort working in office in a dynamic, fast-paced environment in Toronto, ON.
