Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, the Accounts Payable Technician is key for managing invoices, maintaining vendor records, and supporting robust accounts payable operations. You’ll perform essential tasks like three-way matching and prepare weekly cash forecasts. Robust detail orientation and adherence to payment controls are critical to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process vendor invoices accurately and promptly
• Perform three-way matching of orders, invoices, and receipts
• Prepare cash disbursement forecasts and process payments




• Follow established controls and fraud prevention processes
• Resolve discrepancies and maintain complete vendor records

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in accounts payable or similar role
• College diploma in accounting or related field
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bilingual communication in French and English
