Finning Canada is seeking a Customer Account Representative to join our Edmonton team on a permanent, full time basis. You will manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, support credit and collection activities, and deliver outstanding service to customers and internal stakeholders.
You will proactively collect balances, resolve inquiries, reconcile accounts, and help mitigate credit risk while ensuring compliance with company policies.
