Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of research biologists in conducting experiments related to cell signaling, cellular metabolism, or cellular structure.
Design and implement complex cell-based assays and experimental protocols.
Interpret experimental data, draw conclusions, and contribute to scientific publications and presentations.
Mentor and guide junior scientists,
fostering their professional development and research skills.
Collaborate with internal and external research partners to advance project goals.
Oversee laboratory operations and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Requirements Ph.D. in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 7 years of post-doctoral research experience in cell biology.
Demonstrated expertise in techniques such as cell culture, microscopy, flow cytometry, and molecular biology assays.
Proven experience in leading research projects and managing scientific teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
