As a crucial member of UHN’s Workforce Management team, the Analyst supports the successful implementation and operation of UKG Pro WFM. This position is designed for a detail-oriented individual with robust analytical skills focused on enhancing 24/7 clinical workforce operations. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that system configurations align with organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with operational leaders to understand WFM practices
• Document current workflows using standard templates
• Support requirement-gathering sessions for future needs
• Develop documentation on scheduling and timekeeping processes
• Assist in testing and validating system configurations
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Health Administration or related field
• 1–3 years of workforce management experience
• Experience with business analysis and documentation
• Knowledge of WFM systems, ideally UKG Pro
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
