As a Bilingual HR Generalist, you will provide frontline HR support to employees and leaders across Canada. Collaborate with HR Specialists to deliver core HR programs and improve the onboarding experience. Your focus on communication and problem-solving will directly impact employee satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HR advisory support to employees and leaders
• Facilitate exit interviews and summarize themes for leadership
• Coordinate workplace accommodation and leave management
• Oversee talent acquisition and onboarding activities




• Guide leaders on performance feedback and conflict resolution

Requirements:
• 3–5 years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations
• Bilingual in French and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• CHRP certification, or in progress, preferred
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
