In this role, you will provide critical support to attorneys managing a caseload of disputes, arbitrations, and mediations. You will be responsible for case management, legal research, document preparation, and client communication, all executed from a remote location. Key Responsibilities Manage and organize all aspects of dispute resolution case files, including pleadings, evidence, and correspondence.
Conduct thorough legal research on relevant statutes, case law, and procedural rules applicable to disputes.
Assist in the preparation of legal documents such as applications, responses, and settlement agreements.
Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and legal professionals to facilitate discovery and information gathering.
Schedule and manage hearings, mediations, and arbitration proceedings remotely.




Maintain accurate records and track case progress, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Requirements Proven experience as a paralegal, with a strong focus on dispute resolution or litigation.
Solid understanding of South African legal procedures and court rules.
Proficiency in legal research tools and document management systems.
Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in a virtual setting.
