Our energy & resources client is seeking a Intermediate Commercial Transactions Analyst to manage crude oil/NGL actualization, pricing, and settlement activities using an ETRM system

Candidates will be in-office 5 days/week in downtown Calgary.

Must Haves

5+ years in a Commodity Marketing Analyst role supporting crude oil or NGL transactions

Advanced proficiency with ETRM systems for volumetric actualization, pricing, and settlement activities (Allegro, RightAngle)

Strong knowledge of crude oil/NGL transaction settlement procedures and allocation processes

Proficiency with OMS , Egistix with Oil and Gas experience

Strong analytical skills in order to secure relevant information/data and identify key issues and relationships to determine appropriate course of action

Nice to Have

Experience supporting automation processes and system upgrades within ETRM environments

Exposure to rail and truck commodity movement reconciliation

Experience administering non-risk price curves and proprietary transaction pricing

Responsibilities

Manage volumetric data and actualization processes in ETRM systems and related records

Identify, validate, and allocate fees associated with commodity movements and transactions

Support month-end risk management and accounting activities, including unmatched report management

Maintain Bill of Lading entries and reconciliation activities for rail and truck movements

Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly commodity marketing pricing reports

Reconcile volumetric movements, fees, and trucking charge recoveries

Collaborate with trading, scheduling, finance, treasury,



and business development teams to resolve pricing and volumetric inquiries
