Position: Press Operator
Location: Bradford, ON
Status: Full Time, Permanent
Requirements & Overview:
- Operate the stamping press coil feeder & automated transfer operation.
- Perform tooling setup & machine changeovers.
- Conducting preventative maintenance on press & scrap systems as scheduled.
- Measuring parts using CMM & gauging as required.
- Visual inspection of parts for positive quality & report any non-conformances to Quality representative or immediate Area Leader.
- Oversee load set & transfer system to ensure smooth flow of part production & early detection of potential issues including mis-hits.
- Prepare & communicate various reports as required or requested.
- Report safety hazards & conduct pre-start inspections as required.
