B.C. Ltd., operating as Caffe Artigiano, is seeking a full time Manager Food Service to manage daily food service operations at its Vancouver location.

Job Duties:

- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily food service operations.
- Determine services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
- Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate staff.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure quality customer service.
- Manage inventory, supplies, purchasing, and cost controls.
- Monitor revenues, expenses, and operational performance.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation,



and workplace standards.
- Maintain records related to sales, inventory, staff schedules, and operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and ensure smooth business operations.

Job Requirements:

- Completion of secondary school is required.
- College diploma or other program related to hospitality, food service management, or business is an asset.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in food service, hospitality, or restaurant operations is required.
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a café, restaurant, or food service setting is preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, customer service, and organizational skills are required.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
