The Board employs 1,384 full time equivalent elementary and secondary teachers as well as 1,036 support staff, which includes principals, vice-principals, occasional teachers, educational assistants, psychologists, mental health workers, child and youth workers, early childhood educators, sign language interpreters, speech pathologists, IT technicians, campus ministers, school office support, custodial and maintenance staff, as well as board office administration and other qualified staff.





The WECDSB is currently recruiting for the temporary position of Temporary Psychological Associate .

Reporting to the Superintendent of Education, K-12, the successful candidate will provide: Psychological assessment and consultation services to students of all ages with the board as assigned Consultation with school personnel, parents and community agencies Communication, both verbal and written, to the teachers, parents, school administrators, and other team members as required Qualifications Masters in clinical, school, or neuro-psychology, with a focus on children and adolescents

Registered or eligible for registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario A valid Ontario Driver's License and access to a car
