Required Skills & Qualifications DEC or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline. 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, materials coordination, or production planning within a manufacturing setting.
Strong computer proficiency, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Access or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, MRP).
Bilingual — French and intermediate English (for coordination with suppliers, customers, and partners).
Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Capable of managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities Define and update material flow and supply parameters to achieve target service levels while reducing excess inventory.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of key supply chain data,
including lead times, quantities, and stock policies.
Manage demand and supply alignment (MRP, Kanban, etc.) for raw materials, components, and subassemblies.
Oversee replenishment activities — creating, tracking, and rescheduling manufacturing and purchase orders as needed.
Monitor and manage backlog orders, shortages, and potential supply risks to ensure product availability.
Participate in Short Interval Management (SIM) meetings as part of the production system — identifying, documenting, and resolving operational barriers.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and procurement teams to optimize material flow and handling processes.
Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at operational efficiency, material traceability, and cost reduction.
