Inc Introduction The company is seeking a highly skilled consultant to provide SAP IS-U / S/4HANA Utilities functional and technical expertise, focusing on Device Management, Installation Structure, Meter Reading, and AMI/Smart Metering integration within an Energy & Utilities environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications SAP IS-U / S/4HANA Utilities – Device Management (DM) Configuration Installation Structure & Master Data Meter Reading Process Ownership Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) / Smart Metering Integration Prior work experience at client or in the client's Industry Preferred Skills & Qualifications SAP IS-U / S/4HANA Utilities Device Management (DM) Installation Structure & Utilities Master Data AMI / Smart Metering Integration Day-to-Day Responsibilities Configure and support SAP IS-U / S/4HANA Utilities Device Management (DM) processes and functionality.

Manage and maintain installation structure and utilities master data, including relevant device and installation relationships.

Own and support Meter Reading processes, including configuration, execution, monitoring, and issue resolution.

Support the integration of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI)



and Smart Metering solutions with SAP IS-U / S/4HANA Utilities.

Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into appropriate SAP Utilities solutions.

Configure and maintain Device Management processes in alignment with business requirements and SAP best practices.

Support meter/device lifecycle processes and associated master data.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Device Management, Installation Structure, Meter Reading, and AMI integrations.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and integration teams to deliver solutions.

Participate in requirements analysis, configuration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.

Support SIT, UAT, production implementation, and post-go-live support.

Prepare and maintain functional/technical documentation, configuration documents, and process documentation.

Ensure solutions follow established SAP Utilities standards, integration practices, and enterprise development processes.
