Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience Work setting Education Tasks Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.

Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization's goals Direct and control daily operations Evaluate daily operations Open and distribute mail and other materials Plan and organize daily operations Supervise other workers Establish and implement policies and procedures Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences Oversee the classification and rating of occupations Schedule and confirm appointments Manage training and development strategies Oversee the analysis of employee data and information Supervision Staff in various areas of responsibility Computer and technology knowledge MS Excel MS Power
