Job Description We are is seeking energetic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Concession Team.
The Concession Arena Worker is responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages, including alcoholic beverages, while providing outstanding customer service during arena events, tournaments, and community programs.
Weekend and weeknight shifts $18.18 hr Job Responsibilities Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Prepare and serve food, snacks, and beverages.
Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly in accordance with Smart Serve regulations and company policies.
Verify customer age and identification when serving alcohol.
Operate cash registers and process cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately.
Restock food, beverage, and concession supplies as needed.
Qualifications Valid Smart Serve Certification is required.
Previous customer service, food service, or cash handling experience is an asset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (11 kg).
Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Food Handler Certification is an asset.
