Kelly is hiring! Kelly Services is hiring a full-time Material Handler for a 12-month contract in Brantford, ON.
We are looking for someone who has stepped in for a lead role and is ready to support our picking team in ensuring customer orders are picked accurately, safely, and on time.
Primary Responsibilities: Coordinate with picking teams and supervisors to meet all picking deadlines.
Accurately pull and pick customer orders.
Review and address picking errors with team members.
Communicate special instructions and product shortages to supervisors.
Monitor team performance and help ensure productivity.
Organize paperwork and follow warehouse workflow processes.
Provide coaching and hands-on assistance to team members as needed.
Maintain a strong work ethic and adhere to company policies.
Warehouse Operations: Load and unload shipments safely and accurately.
Meet productivity requirements while performing tasks.
Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean work environment.
Assist management with operational needs as required.
Physical Demands: The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and performing physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and operating warehouse equipment.
Working Conditions: You will work in a typical warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures and noise.
Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
Special Requirements: Employment is contingent upon a successful pre-employment physical examination and background check.
What's In It For You: Annual salary of $56,000 - $60,000 Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with no weekend work Weekly pay Benefits after the standard probationary period What's In It For You: Annual salary of 56-60K Full-time hours Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm , no weekend work.
