Our financial services client is seeking a Intermediate Business Analyst (5-7 years) to support procurement transformation initiatives using Agile and Waterfall methodologies Join a long-term enterprise transformation program supporting procurement initiatives across a large financial services setting.
This role focuses on business analysis activities including requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, user story documentation, and support for QA and UAT activities within the TPM Procurement Transformation program.
The successful candidate will work closely with enterprise program teams and business stakeholders across multiple initiatives.
Extension potential is likely due to the long-term nature of the program and continued demand for Business Analysts.
Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, 2 days in office - 2 days is mandatory.
6 months Must Haves 5-7 years as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise projects Agile and Waterfall methodologies Confluence and Jira for documentation and user story management Banking or insurance industry experience Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, or related field Nice to Have Third-party management lifecycle experience including sourcing, contracting, finance, supplier management, and procurement system implementations Advanced degree such as MBA Responsibilities Work with stakeholders across business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies Gather requirements from business units and translate them for programmers and developers Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses for system implementation decisions Support highly complex business processes across multiple projects Facilitate stakeholder discussions and working sessions to elicit user stories Document user stories and participate in Agile ceremonies Support QA and UAT activities
