Job Description Fairmont Gold Attendant (Part-Time) You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience.
As a Fairmont Gold Attendant, you provide personalized service that will make our guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive! What you will be doing: Reporting to the Front Office Manager, your essential job functions include, but are not limited to: Provide food and beverage service to the Fairmont Gold floors Set up and serving of breakfast in the Fairmont Gold lounge Delivery of individual coffee/fruit juice orders to Fairmont Gold guest rooms Assist Fairmont Gold co-workers in morning activities Washing dishes Controlling inventories and ordering pertinent supplies for use in Fairmont Gold Adhering to "room warming" procedures as detailed in Fairmont Gold Standards manual Advise Room Service of requirements of VIP guests Ensure the Fairmont Gold floor is free of Room Service trays Other duties as assigned Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to): Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting.
Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps.
Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Ability to work well under pressure in a rapid paced environment Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team AB Serving It Right Certificate required Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
