Your New Role
As a Contracts Advisor, you will manage the full contract life cycle, from sourcing and tendering through execution and close-out.
You will partner with project teams to develop contracting strategies, negotiatemercial agreements, manage contractor performance, and ensurepliance with procurement and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities• Support sourcing, procurement, and contracting strategies across project stages. • Lead the negotiation, execution, and administration ofplex contracts. • Partner with project teams to provide supply chain andmercial support. • Develop scopes of work, contract amendments, and change orders. • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and manage contractor relationships. • Monitor contractpliance,mitments, and contract close-out activities.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Must-Have Requirements• 5+ years of contracts administration or contract management experience. • Experience supporting capital projects or business unit projects. • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and contract life cycle management. • Expertise in contract management, contract law, and procurement law. • Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office. • Strongmunication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Nice-to-Have Requirements• Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. • Experience supporting large industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects. • Experience working with OEM suppliers and contractors.
