What we are looking for: The Associate, Compensation supports the Advisor, Compensation in the day-to-day delivery of the organization's compensation programs.
Working under the Advisor's guidance, the role focuses on data gathering, analysis, and calculations related to compensation plans.
Position type: Contract Duration: 12 to 15-month Your responsibilities: Assist with the administration and calculation of compensation plans across Distribution, Public Markets, and Private Wealth Gather,
validate and reconcile the data supporting commission and incentive payment cycles Maintain compensation data in the human resources information system and support data integrity checks Prepare files and data required by Payroll to support accurate and timely processing Prepare recurring and ad hoc analyses of the Company's compensation plans Share compensation information with the finance department Handle confidential compensation information with a high degree of discretion Participate in compensation surveys and support market competitiveness analyses Requirements to be successful in this role: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field Two to four years of experience in compensation, total rewards, HR analytics, finance, payroll analytics, or another data-intensive analytical role Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data validation, lookup functions, and analysis of large datasets Robust analytical and quantitative skills, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Experience working with large volumes of data and performing reconciliations Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet recurring compensation and reporting deadlines Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive compensation information Excellent spoken and written communication skills in French and English Familiarity with human resources information systems; Workday experience is an asset
