Our financial services client is seeking a Specialty Developer IV (8+ years of experience) to design and maintain cryptographic automation solutions using Python/FastAPI and Infrastructure-as-Code tools Join a team delivering enterprise cryptographic automation solutions supporting secure and scalable security operations within a banking environment.

This role focuses on API development, automation workflows, certificate and key lifecycle management, and production support using Python/FastAPI and Infrastructure-as-Code platforms.

The team supports new feature development, maintenance, and bug fixes across critical automation initiatives.

The position offers exposure to complex security automation projects within a collaborative team setting.

Contract, 2 days in office, 3 days work from home (could potentially change to 4 days in office) Anchor Days: Wednesday and Friday Address: Steeles Avenue East, Markham , Ontario OR Front Street West, Toronto (Markham is the preferred location as the manager sits there) Contract:



12 months with posibilty of extension Must Haves 8+ years of security technology experience 5+ years developing Python applications using FastAPI 3+ years with Infrastructure-as-Code tools including Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, or Git

Hub Actions Post secondary education is an asset Nice to Have Familiarity with TLS/SSL certificate management and PKI concepts including issuance, renewal, and revocation Exposure to Venafi, Hashi

Corp Vault, Cyber

Ark, or similar PKI and secrets management tools Experience with Service
