You will be responsible for the seamless movement of goods, from coordinating with local carriers to managing international documentation.
Your primary goal is to ensure that products are shipped and received on schedule while optimizing costs and maintaining 100% inventory accuracy.

Apply at: Advantages -Salary Range: $50,000k – $60,000k per year (depending on experience). -Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision care. -Paid time off and flexible scheduling options. -In office parking Responsibilities -Shipment Coordination: Organize and monitor the movement of products via road (local/transborder), air, or sea. -Carrier Relations: Negotiate rates and schedule pickups with carriers, ensuring compliance with delivery windows. -Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and verify essential documents, including Bills of Lading (BOL), customs invoices (FOB, CIF, DDP),
and packing slips. -Inventory Management: Track stock levels using ERP/TMS software to prevent shortages and minimize overstocks. -Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact to resolve shipment delays, damages, or discrepancies with suppliers and carriers. -Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse, production, and sales teams to align logistics schedules with business goals.
Qualifications -Education: College diploma (DEC) in Transportation Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. -Experience: 1–3 years of experience in logistics coordination or warehouse operations. -Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with Logistics Management Systems (LMS) or SAP. -Certifications: CCS (Certified Customs Specialist) or a Forklift License is considered a significant asset.
