Join the Development Applications department as an Administrative Associate 1, providing essential support in a rapid-paced office environment. Own the processing and management of various development applications with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

In this role, you will engage in administrative tasks critical to the Development Applications department. Your responsibilities include managing both physical and digital records, performing research on development-related topics, and supporting timely inquiries. You will also prepare monthly reports and manage schedules, ensuring efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process and monitor development applications record management
• Conduct research on Land Title Searches and Environmental Assessments




• Prepare status and statistical reports on applications
• Maintain organized filing and database systems
• Provide administrative support for meetings and documentation

Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 with relevant coursework
• Minimum one year of office experience
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in municipal government preferred
• Ability to multitask and maintain detail accuracy
