CSS Wind is seeking Level 1 and 2 technicians for wind energy projects across Canada. You will perform inspections, conduct defect analysis, and execute repairs on fibreglass blades, hubs, and nacelles. Flexibility and physical readiness are vital, along with the ability to work at excellent heights and in all weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect blade damage and document findings
• Perform coating and minor repairs under guidelines
• Work at heights of up to 300 ft
• Coordinate labor and materials for repairs
• Maintain accurate mobile documentation
Requirements:
• Full GWO Certification (BST, ART, BTT required)
• Experience in blade repair or similar work
• Strong mechanical aptitude and detail orientation
• Valid driver’s licence and background check
• Grade 12 completion or higher in Renewable Energy
