Key Responsibilities:
• Enter invoices into the PCL accounting system
• Conduct bank reconciliations and inter-company invoicing




• Assist with phone and courier costing tasks
• Update and run various financial reports
• Support administrative staff with overflow work

Requirements:
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks

• Previous experience or coursework in accounting preferred
