Remote | Canada | Flexible Hours | Uncapped Commission | Corporate & Project Recruitment Envy Consulting Group is expanding its recruitment team and is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to manage searches across a range of corporate and professional functions. This is a fully remote, work-from-home opportunity with flexible scheduling, a broad range of client mandates and uncapped commission. The role is suited to a recruiter who values autonomy, can manage multiple searches independently and wants compensation tied directly to performance.
The opportunity Our consultants work with clients across multiple industries and functions rather than being limited to a single recruitment vertical. You will have the chance to manage an active portfolio of searches and take on additional mandates as your experience and capacity develop. As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will manage the recruitment process from client intake through placement. This includes clarifying hiring requirements, sourcing and assessing candidates, presenting qualified talent and supporting both clients and candidates throughout the process. The role offers the flexibility to build expertise in your preferred areas while also working across a broader range of searches.
Responsibilities Manage multiple recruitment searches from intake through placement
Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, databases, referrals and direct outreach
Conduct candidate screening and structured interviews
Prepare candidate summaries and recommendations for clients




Coordinate and manage candidates throughout the interview and offer process
Build talent pipelines for recurring and specialized roles
Partner with clients to understand their business, culture and hiring requirements
Provide market insight on compensation, candidate availability and hiring conditions
Support permanent, contract and project-based recruitment assignments
Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates
Collaborate with the Envy team on priority searches and new mandates
Work environment This is a remote role with flexible hours. You will be responsible for organizing your schedule and managing your searches effectively.

Compensation The position offers uncapped commission, with earnings directly tied to successful placements. There is no fixed commission ceiling, and consultants have the opportunity to increase their income as their production grows.
