As a Remote Parts Counter Person, you will play an essential role in delivering outstanding customer service. This full-time position requires effective management of parts inquiries, promoting brand loyalty, and assisting customers with timely responses. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage parts inquiries at the counter, via email, and phone
• Source, procure, and order parts as necessary
• Conduct inventory counts and process cores and warranties




• Build hydraulic hoses for both internal and external customers
• Provide on-call service during weekends and evenings

Requirements:
• Minimum of post-secondary education required
• 3+ years of experience in a parts service role
• Knowledge of DBS, SIS, Word & Excel systems
• Ability to work safely and effectively in a remote site
• Solid communication skills for customer interaction
