As a key member of the production team, you will oversee the final assembly process for large industrial battery systems. Collaborating closely with Engineering and Quality Assurance, your leadership will mentor technicians and apprentices while promoting manufacturing excellence. Ideal candidates will possess experience in electrical and mechanical assembly, thriving in a fast-paced environment to make impactful contributions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead final assembly of battery energy storage systems
• Safely operate overhead cranes and material handling equipment
• Ensure precise mechanical alignment and electrical routing
• Perform End-of-Line testing and Factory Acceptance Testing
• Mentor technicians and enhance production practices
Requirements:
• Journeyperson certification as an Industrial Electrician or equivalent
• 5+ years in heavy equipment manufacturing
• Proven skills in assembling mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specs
• Solid leadership and problem-solving abilities
