Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise nursing staff and manage daily operations
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations

• Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams for patient care
• Maintain departmental policies and contribute in various committees

Requirements:
• Minimum of four years nursing experience
• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing required
• Registration with CRNM and CPR certification
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid Driver’s License and vehicle availability
