Key Responsibilities Operate CNC lathes, milling machines, robotics, and advanced manufacturing equipment
Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot production machinery
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Perform quality checks to ensure production standards are met
Support continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizen and CORE Operating System practices
Maintain standard operating procedures, work instructions, and training documentation
Participate in routine equipment maintenance activities
Support Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S;) initiatives and audits
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets
Qualifications Journeyperson Machinist certification, Mechanical Technician diploma, Engineering degree/diploma, or related education and experience
Experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities
Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work rotational 12-hour shifts, including nights
Preferred Qualifications Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience
Experience in a quick-paced production environment
Ability to work across multiple workstations and processes
Knowledge of export control requirements
Previous aerospace manufacturing experience is considered an asset
Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Comfortable working while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
