Linck is hiring five dedicated Supported Living Service Workers for a one-year contract. These positions require working varied shifts, including days, afternoons, and midnights, ensuring supervision and support for children and youth awaiting placement. You will collaborate with a care team to create a nurturing setting that encourages growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide care and supervision for children and youth
• Implement programming and guidance in daily living
• Work collaboratively with other care team members
• Ensure a warm and accepting atmosphere
• Manage placement effectively to enhance resident development
Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in Child and Youth Work preferred
• Up to three months of related experience
• Current First Aid, CPR, and CPI certification
• Valid G driver’s license with personal vehicle
• Strong understanding of diverse cultures and communities
