Comptant environ 115 employés répartis dans cinq usines de fabrication, dont trois au Canada et deux aux États-Unis, nous amorçons une étape stimulante de croissance et d'évolution opérationnelle.

Afin de poursuivre notre expansion et de renforcer notre position sur le marché, nous recherchons un(e) Vice-président(e), Opérations expérimenté(e) et stratégique pour contribuer à la prochaine phase de notre succès. L'OPPORTUNITÉ À titre de Vice-président(e), Opérations, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement durable de Luxia.

En étroite collaboration avec le PDG et l'équipe de direction, vous dirigerez l'ensemble des opérations manufacturières nord-américaines, favoriserez l'excellence opérationnelle, développerez des équipes performantes et mettrez en place les systèmes et processus nécessaires à la croissance et à la performance de l'organisation. CE QUE VOUS FEREZ · Développer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie opérationnelle en alignement avec les objectifs de croissance de Luxia. · Diriger la performance de plusieurs sites manufacturiers en assurant l'excellence en matière de santé et sécurité, qualité, livraison, productivité et satisfaction client grâce à une prise de décision basée sur les données, les indicateurs de performance (KPI) et des processus standardisés. · Promouvoir les initiatives Lean Manufacturing et d'amélioration continue à l'échelle de l'organisation. · Recruter, développer, accompagner et mobiliser les leaders opérationnels tout en favorisant une culture de responsabilisation et de collaboration. · Collaborer avec l'équipe de direction afin de soutenir la planification stratégique et la croissance de l'organisation. · Diriger les initiatives de transformation opérationnelle, incluant les systèmes, l'automatisation et l'amélioration des processus. · Assurer la conformité aux exigences réglementaires, environnementales et de santé et sécurité dans l'ensemble des sites. À QUOI RESSEMBLERA LE SUCCÈS DANS CE POSTE · Au cours des 12 à 24 premiers mois, vous devrez : · Renforcer la cohérence et l'alignement des opérations entre tous les sites. · Améliorer les indicateurs clés liés à la productivité, à la qualité, aux livraisons, à la sécurité et à la rentabilité. · Développer les capacités de leadership et la responsabilisation à travers l'organisation. · Mettre en place des systèmes et des processus évolutifs pour soutenir la croissance futur e. VOTRE PARCOURS ET VOTRE EXPÉRIENCE EN LEADERSHIP · Baccalauréat en génie, en gestion des opérations, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe; un MBA ou une formation équivalente en gestion constitue un atout important. · Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience progressive en gestion des opérations manufacturières, dont au moins 5 ans dans un rôle de direction senior tel que vice-président(e) des opérations, directeur(trice) général(e), directeur(trice) d'usine ou équivalent. · Orientation vers les résultats et capacité démontrée à exécuter des stratégies et à atteindre des objectifs mesurables. · Solide sens des affaires et expérience en gestion de budgets, d'indicateurs de performance, de planification de la main-d'œuvre et de performance opérationnelle. · Expérience dans un environnement manufacturier utilisant un ERP; la connaissance de Microsoft Business Central constitue un atout.

As we continue to expand and strengthen our market position, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President, Operations to help lead the next chapter of our success. THE OPPORTUNITY As Vice President, Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Luxia's next phase of sustainable growth.

Partnering closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, you will lead our North American manufacturing operations, drive operational excellence, build high-performing teams, and implement the systems and processes needed to support a scalable, high-performing organization.



WHAT YOU'LL DO · Develop and execute the operational strategy aligned with Luxia's growth objectives. · Lead performance across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring excellence in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and customer satisfaction through data-driven decision-making, KPIs, and standardized processes · Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. · Build, coach, and develop operational leaders while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. · Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to support strategic planning and organizational growth. · Lead operational transformation initiatives, including systems, automation, and process improvements. · Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements across all locations. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE Within the first 12-24 months, you will: · Strengthen operational consistency across all sites. · Improve key metrics related to productivity, quality, delivery, safety, and profitability. · Develop leadership capability and accountability throughout the organization. · Build scalable operational systems and processes that support future growth. YOUR BACKGROUND & LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE · Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent executive education is considered a solid asset. · Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience within manufacturing operations, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role such as Vice President, Operations, General Manager, Plant Director, or equivalent. · Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to execute and deliver measurable outcomes. · Strong financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, KPIs, workforce planning, and operational performance metrics. · Experience working within ERP-driven manufacturing environments; knowledge of Microsoft Business Central is considered an asset. · Strategic thinker and data-driven, with the ability to balance long-term vision with operational execution. · Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization. · Adaptable, resilient, and energized by growth, change, and continuous improvement. · Comfortable navigating both strategic and operational challenges. · Passionate about building strong teams, developing leaders, and creating a culture of accountability and operational excellence. · Maintain an active presence across multiple manufacturing locations in Canada and the United States (approximately 15% travel).
