Key Responsibilities Lead economic development initiatives with Indigenous communities,



including investment analysis; partnership negotiation support; major project transaction negotiation; investment strategy development; economic development corporation re-structuring and development of associated governance tools Develop and interpret financial models to support informed decision making for investments and partnerships Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients; ensure needs are met and relationships grow and develop Support proposal development, client engagement, and business development activities Maintain high quality control and apply specialized knowledge to anticipate, identify and address issues or key risks relevant to the client’s business Network in the local business community, consider business development opportunities Mentor, motivate and coach team members towards professional and personal development Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary
