This full time role is a launchpad for your career in accounting within one of Manitoba's leading private real estate portfolios. You will begin with corporate accounting duties, gaining hands-on experience with financial statements and consolidations. Supervise a dedicated team focused on Accounts Payable, while expanding your expertise into lender relationships and advanced reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review comprehensive financial statements • Manage consolidations for year-end accounting engagements • Review GST filings and corporate payments meticulously • Build accurate budgets and cash-flow forecasts • Support financing transactions, including due diligence
Requirements: • 3–8 years of accounting or finance experience • Strong Excel skills; quick learner of Yardi • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Excellent problem-solving and implementation skills • Based in Winnipeg or willing to relocate
