Job Description We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable cloud-native applications that power Workforce Management (WFM), Customer Experience (CX), and operational business processes.

You will use Java and Spring Boot to develop scalable backend services, React with Type

Script to create responsive user experiences, and Node.js where appropriate for supporting components.

The role suits a hands-on engineer with strong software development fundamentals who can take features from detailed technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.

Experience with Workforce Management (WFM), Customer Experience (CX), or contact center solutions is an advantage Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot,



and established software engineering practices.

Build up-to-date web applications using React, Type

Script, reusable components, responsive layouts, and accessible interaction patterns.

Develop and consume REST APIs using an API-first approach; maintain clear OpenAPI/Swagger contracts and error handling.

Contribute to the design of modular, maintainable solutions using microservices and appropriate object-oriented and event-driven design patterns.

Use Node.js where appropriate for lightweight services, backend-for-frontend components, integrations, or development tooling.
