Sonographer – Calgary, AB TAPP Workforce Solutions is seeking a Sonographer on behalf of our expanding diagnostic imaging client located in Calgary, Alberta.

Key Responsibilities Provide professional, compassionate care to create an exceptional patient experience • Anticipate patient needs, answer questions, and maintain a comfortable, safe clinical environment • Review examinations for appropriateness and patient eligibility • Obtain patient history and educate patients on upcoming exams • Demonstrate competence in abdominal, obstetrical, small parts, venous, carotid Doppler, and assist with interventional procedures • Additional competencies—musculoskeletal, arterial Doppler, transrectal,



and neuro sonography—considered an asset • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong independent judgment • Apply critical thinking when assessing complex pathologies • Communicate clearly with staff and patients • Contribute to a collaborative, team-focused environment within the ultrasound department and across the clinic Requirements Diploma or certificate from a recognized Diagnostic Medical Sonography program • Experience in a clinic or hospital setting considered an asset • Registration in good standing with Sonography Canada • Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate: $43–$58/hr, commensurate with experience • Sign-on bonus available • Comprehensive benefits package, including HSA and PSA • RRSP matching • Uniforms provided at no cost • Continuing education courses and other incentives Shifts Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm, with flexibility for occasional evening and/or weekend shifts.
