SIRATI & PARTNERS CONSULTANTS LTD. seeks a Geotechnical Field Supervisor to oversee drilling projects across Ontario. This role includes planning, supervising drilling activities, and ensuring quality deliverables.

As a Field Supervisor, you will manage geotechnical drilling projects in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Your responsibilities will encompass planning drilling programs, directing subcontractors, and logging soil and rock samples effectively. This role also involves project management tasks to ensure timely and quality reporting to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan drilling programs with project engineers
• Direct drilling subcontractors to maintain scope and budget
• Log soil and rock samples in the field
• Collect and preserve soil, rock,



and groundwater samples
• Supervise installation of monitoring wells and piezometers

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil, geotechnical, or geological engineering
• EIT or P.Eng. registration with Qualified Engineers Ontario
• 1 to 3 years supervising geotechnical drilling
• Knowledge of soil classification and drilling methods
• Experience with in-situ testing techniques
