Key Responsibilities:

• Drive continuous improvement projects within production
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
• Fluent in English; German skills are a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD, and Python
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge preferred
