This position focuses on the daily operations and maintenance of the McLoughlin Point Wastewater Treatment Plant. As a leader, you will coordinate and prioritize work orders, support maintenance initiatives, and ensure compliance with safety policies. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in overseeing daily operations of the plant
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs of facility components
• Guide staff and monitor their activities




• Participate in training and developing operational procedures

Requirements:
• Diploma in related discipline
• 7 years' relevant experience and 2 years' supervisory experience
• Certification in Wastewater Treatment Level 3
• Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols
• Valid BC Driver’s Licence
