Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain safety and security during overnight shifts
• Provide emotional support and crisis interventions
• Document daily occurrences in logbooks accurately




• Assist with guest admission and orientation
• Liaise with external agencies when necessary

Requirements:
• Minimum one year experience in social services
• Completed grade 12 high school diploma
• Basic First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Certificate or willingness to obtain
