We are seeking an enthusiastic Remote Sales Representative to support clients by providing detailed service and knowledge from the comfort of home. You’ll primarily assist with benefit enrollments and policy explanations.

In this role, you will engage with multiple clients daily, ensuring they receive the best service possible. Your responsibilities will include handling customer service calls and dispatching inquiries while communicating clients' best interests. Collaborating with management allows you to stay updated on various products and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Distribute benefit materials and evaluate client eligibility
• Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls
• Respond effectively to client coverage requests




• Create individualized policies using our Needs Analysis system
• Collaborate with management on product updates
