Medavie Health NL is seeking an experienced Emergency Vehicle Technician to operate at O'Connell Base, Monday through Friday. The role requires extensive knowledge of the automotive repair trade, documentation management, and a commitment to cleanliness and safety. Ideal candidates will have strong mechanical skills and be detail-oriented, ensuring all emergency vehicles are ready for deployment in Newfoundland and Labrador.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate emergency vehicles according to MHNL policies
• Document all work orders with thorough detail




• Compile lists of necessary parts and supplies
• Complete all required mechanical repairs
• Maintain station cleanliness during shifts

Requirements:
• Five years experience as a Red Seal Certified Technician
• Valid Class 5 driver's license or willingness to obtain
• Knowledge of WHMIS and related courses
• Strong mechanical aptitude and decision-making skills
• Enroll in Emergency Vehicle Technician certification within 3 years
