As a Holiday Customer Service Representative for LCBO, your passion for customer service will shine. This in office role requires you to engage with shoppers, operate the POS/Cash system, and promote sustainability initiatives. Successful candidates will also replenish stock and maintain store organization while lifting inventory safely.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve customers using the cash system efficiently
• Promote donations for the Spirit of Sustainability campaign
• Participate in Customer Experience surveys
• Receive and organize store inventory
• Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment

Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally allowed to work in Canada
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs./18 kg
• Available on weekends and holidays
• Bilingualism in English and French is a plus
