This position allows for mentorship and career growth opportunities.This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.**Resumen del rol y responsabilidades clave**This Client Executive will act as a key client executive and partner within the FinTech sales team and will be responsible for supporting customer engagement and growth in the FinTech industry. The Client Executive will have the opportunity to work closely with key FinTech clients and internal partners to help manage and grow TransUnion’s business in the FinTech industry. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage relationships with strategic FinTech clients, serving as a key point of contact for day-to-day engagement and account support. * Responsible for day-to-day sales to an assigned group of clients to defend and grow revenue. In addition, works with a senior sales executive on a select group of accounts with high growth potential to win net-new revenue opportunities and significantly grow the business. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to support retention, satisfaction, and long-term growth. * Plan accounts and defend existing relationships through the effective day-to-day management of allocated accounts. * Support account planning activities and help identify opportunities to expand product adoption and deepen client partnerships. * Coordinate client initiatives, including renewals, implementations, service enhancements, and issue resolution. * Partner with cross-functional teams including product, legal,



operations, analytics, and technology to address client needs and deliver solutions. * Prepare and participate in client meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions with customer stakeholders. * Demonstrated proficiency in outbound virtual sales; full knowledge of the product line and its applications; and experience with strategic account planning. * Manage multiple client priorities simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-up, execution of commitments, and effective communication. * Maintain knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory developments impacting the financial services sector. * Implement an account review process that ensures the continuous development of opportunities for the sales pipeline, the closing of new business, and the renewal of existing business. * Comply with relevant sales processes such as Salesforce.com. * Monitor the effectiveness of sales and after-sales efforts in the context of business plans and strategies, and recommend improvements to processes and approaches where indicated. * Own internal administrative tasks related to prospect management, reporting, product/service setup and delivery, CRM/Service Desk tickets, etc. * Deliver client communications, presentations, and stakeholder engagement activities. * Perform other duties as required.**Conocimientos y experiencia requeridos*** Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance,



Marketing, or a related field.* Requires 5+ years of sales or account management experience in the credit reporting industry or a related industry, plus in-depth experience in banking, insurance, retail credit, or the consumer credit reporting industry.* Ability to effectively create and execute a sales plan to gain market share and increase market penetration. Must be proficient with Microsoft applications.* Experience managing strategic client relationships and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.* Superior organizational skills with the ability to handle concurrent projects.* Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical customers.* Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.* Possesses in-depth knowledge of TransUnion core solutions, including those supported by other BUs (i.e., True Credit and batch).* Knowledge of the financial services industry, including FinTech, banking and lending.* Ability to act with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, build client relationships, and resolve issues effectively.The expected pay range for this position is $81,000 - $111,500 annually. The pay information provided for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of expected compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of many factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. In addition, variable compensation is based on applicable company guidance and plan documents as well as performance.
